Fair use, mutual respect, and a clear off-ramp.

By creating an account on Hetzmarkt, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Hetzmarkt is operated by Routbox Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). If you are using Hetzmarkt on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Hetzmarkt is a marketing automation platform that helps you generate, edit, schedule, and publish social-media content. The service is provided on a software-as-a-service basis, accessed through hetzmarkt.com and related subdomains.

We may add features, change pricing tiers, or remove functionality we no longer support, with reasonable notice via in-app message or email for material changes.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in email secure and for all activity on your tenant. You may grant additional users access to your tenant in roles we support (owner, admin, editor, viewer). The owner of a tenant is accountable to us for the actions of their team.

You agree not to use Hetzmarkt to:

• Generate or publish content that is illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, or that infringes the rights of others (including intellectual property, privacy, and publicity rights).
• Spam, mass-message, or engage in inauthentic behavior on connected social networks, including impersonation, fake endorsements, or any practice that violates the host platform's terms.
• Attempt to bypass plan limits, reverse-engineer the service, or probe the system for vulnerabilities except through a published responsible-disclosure channel.
• Train competing AI products on data extracted from Hetzmarkt.

Each connected social platform (X, LinkedIn, Meta, Google) has its own terms. Your use of those platforms via Hetzmarkt is also governed by their rules — violating them can result in your connected account being suspended by the platform, which is outside our control.

You retain ownership of the content you input (brand profile, topics, edits) and of the content Hetzmarkt generates on your behalf. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, transmit, display, and process that content solely to operate the service for you.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any material you upload (logos, product photos, names, copy you paste in). We do not pre-clear copyright or trademark for you.

Generated text and images can contain inaccuracies, biases, or occasional artifacts. You are responsible for reviewing every piece of generated content before publishing it. We do not guarantee that any specific output is suitable, accurate, or non-infringing.

Hetzmarkt is currently in early access and free to use within fair use. When paid plans launch, you will be notified at least 14 days in advance and given the option to choose a plan or stop using the service. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.

Taxes (VAT, sales tax, etc.) are your responsibility and may be added on top of listed prices where applicable.

You may close your tenant at any time. Email hello@hetzmarkt.com and we will delete your data within 30 days (see the Privacy Policy for details).

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if continued service would expose us or other users to legal or technical risk, or if required by law. Where possible we'll give you notice and a chance to cure first.

We aim for high availability but do not commit to a specific SLA in early access. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow disclaimers of certain implied warranties; in those places only the legally-permissible parts of this section apply.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of Hetzmarkt is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) US $100. The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that can't be resolved by good-faith negotiation will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and we consent to that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app and by email to active users at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Hetzmarkt after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
